Lee Parrish Phemister, 81 passed away early Sunday morning at River to River assisted living in Anna, Illinois.
Lee was born and lived in Carbondale Illinois most of his life. A son of the late Artie and Ruby Phemister; Lee is survived by his sister Arletta Cox of Murphysboro, IL and his brother Don of Sacramento, CA; Two sons Mark and wife Tomi of Jonesboro, IL and Andrew of Mankato, MN; Two step children Troy and Julie; Two grandchildren Brent and fiancé Brittany Martin of Jackson, MO and Amber and husband Mike Grenda of Ottawa, IL; Four great grandchildren Abbigail and Benjamin Phemister; Moira and Atticus Grenda.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Anna Illinois this Saturday April 20 from 1:30 – 3:30. Walker funeral home entrusted with arrangements.
