Connie Clutts Feirich, beloved sister and aunt, passed into Heaven May 12, 2024, at her residence in Carbondale.
She was born January 25, 1938, in Centralia, Illinois, the youngest child of the late Ralph and Dola (Miller) Clutts.
Connie was a graduate of University High School and S.I.U.C. She taught at Grayville, Miami and Carbondale Junior High. Connie was a skilled water skier and a talented artist. She was a member of the Daughters of American Revolution the Daniel H. Brush chapter, and a member of First United Methodist Church of Carbondale.
She is survived by her sister; Dorothy Rudoni, several nephews, and nieces; special friends; Judy and Henry Dillinger and Debbie Kapusta and many cousins.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents; Ralph and Dola Clutts; husband; Charles Feirich; and her siblings; Jeannette Clutts, Conrad Clutts, Gorga Clutts Greer, Jean Clutts Etherton and Edmond Clutts.
Final arrangements by Walker Funeral Home of Carbondale. Memorials to Hospice of Southern Illinois 204 Halfway Road Marion, Illinois 62959. Private Burial will be held at Oakland Cemetery in Carbondale.
A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends at a later date.
