Cathy Louis Sanders, 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family Tuesday July 10, 2018.
Cathy was born on April 22, 1947, in Pomona, the daughter of the late Clifford and Gladys Lucille (Griffin) Ellis.
She is survived by her children; Lonnie Sanders; Connie Sanders-Baum; Rhonda Sanders; three grandchildren; Tyler Sanders; Dustin Klink; Austin Shurtz; siblings; Eugene Ellis; Betty Cauble; Emma Sanders; Bob Ellis; Linda Zimmerman; Debbie Gearhart; Shirley Gee; twenty two nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
Cathy is preceded in death by her parents Clifford and Gladys Ellis; one brother; Michael Ellis and four sisters; Sharon Ellis; Diane Levin; Mary Cripps; Carolyn Ellis.
Services will be Monday July 16th at 12:00 at Walker Funeral Home in Alto Pass with Pastor Carroll Toler Officiating. Interment will be at Dutch Ridge Cemetery, Pomona, Illinois. Visitation will be prior at 11:00 am.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Belleville. Walker Funeral Home of Alto Pass entrusted with arrangements.
