Rachelle Jeremiah, 41, passed away February 20 2019 in Carbondale, IL. Rachelle was born September 7, 1977 to Michael & Cheryl (Mattioda) Jeremiah
Survivors are her Father Michael & Stepmother Dottie Jeremiah; son Gavin Kuba; stepsister Darla Hoffman; aunts and uncles WM & Lori Jeremiah; Dr. Clifford & Pat Jeremiah; Dr. Frank & Susan Collini were special cousins. She had many other cousins, and countless friends, including Jason Senset.
Rachelle was preceded in death by her Mother Cheryl; sister Michelle; brother Jason.
She was a health care provider and longtime businesswoman. She was a graduate of Cobden High school. She attended SIU until marriage. Her smile and joyful friendliness made her a multitude of friends throughout the U.S. She dearly loved children especially her son Gavin. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.
Shellie will be cremated and interned in Alto Pass cemetery. A Celebration of life will be held Satuday May 18th, 2019 at Noon at the Civic Center in Alto Pass. Please come celebrate Shelli’s life with us. Memorials may be made to Union County Historical Society.
